The first of its kind, the Made-in-Philipstown Banquet will pay tribute to the can-do spirit and varied talents of the residents of Philipstown -- and it will boast the longest table in Hudson Valley history! Stretching along the spectacular Hudson River shoreline on Garrison's Landing, the beautiful candlelit table will be 300 feet long and seat up to 400 guests!

The menu will offer a bounty of seasonal harvest—corn, squash, tomatoes, greens, melons, chicken and bread—all from local farms. Unique to this Banquet, the huge table will be resplendent with items handmade by the community specifically for this shared evening of camaraderie. Plates, platters, bowls, vases, centerpieces, candles, baskets, table linens--all will have been created throughout the spring and summer by the guests with helping hands from local artisans.
